"BEWARE!!! I recently purchased a $19,000 gold chain wherein I was assured that they tested it as 14K. Their sale tag and my receipt also indicated 14K. See photos. When I got home, I had it tested at several different jewelers via XRF, and they all showed 10K. I shipped the chain back to the store, and they refunded me. I can not trust this place. BEWARE!!!!"

"Over priced pawn shop that takes advantage of a layaway system and charge more for a used item then it cost brand new. Also management is very rude and condescending to there customers there is no reason to treat A customer with such disrespect as if you are not human but rather less worthy because you happen to come to a pawn shop…. I thought that was why there was a pawn shop to pawn and exchange items not to be ridiculed for trying to sell something simple no, we’re not interested would have been just fine."
