"This company is dishonest about shipping appointments, employees are inconsiderate and intentionally deliver horrible service. Choose any one else for your shipping needs. I was given a delivery date of x between 8 and 12. Waited all day for that delivery until 7pm. Couldn’t reach anyone about delivery. Next morning they said your address is a storage facility so we couldn’t deliver. I sent a video showing storage facility shares my parking lot with clear street numbers. They said well now it will be Monday delivery when initially it was a Thursday delivery. They are a disappointment."

"I just got a vanity sink top from Home Depot today December 27 and they left outside my building I told the driver to bring it up to my unit and he told me that his manager told him no I’m now stuck with my huge box in the valet parking area with no help I ask him what was the name of the manager that told him to leave it there and he didn’t want to give it to me, he told me to google it … He is so disrespectful and the company is so unprofessional HOW CAN HOME DEPOT WORK WITH THEM !!!"

"I was suppose to have a Home Depot delivery and they called once but if you did not answer right way they will write on the report "Missing Delivery", on top of that Home Depot will call you from the store and when you call back right away they will never answer your phone. Then a few days later they will call you and say that it will take another 2 or 3 days for a new delivery attempt. The worse I've ever seen, and I am planning to formal complain to the FTC and BBB"

"I ordered a $2,400 garage cabinet system from Home Depot. This company was contracted to deliver it. They never called to schedule a delivery. Instead they dropped off 1 of 2 pallets in the driveway. The 2nd pallet never made it off the truck (cameras on my house show it). In addition, the contents came damaged. I will be contacting Home Depot and completing a police report. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Update, after posting this review, the second pallet magically appeared in my driveway. No calls or knocks at my door. Box was left in the rain, and the contents were damaged."

"I don’t understand why both of my orders are damaged. I can’t use my bathroom for an entire month now because you guys keep delivering my stuff damaged. This is my second replaced order & it’s damaged again. Are the forklift workers that much inexperienced that they have to be punching holes in all my packages & breaking my vanity? This is really frustrating"
