"I just recently had to go to this FedEx distributor to receive 3 separate orders at 3 separate times. I have to say how VERY PROFESSIONAL EVERYONE was there. From the receptionist at the front desk, to the security guard at the gate, to the forklift driver who brought out our firework orders. Everyone there was VERY HELPFUL , VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. So Much that I had to do this 5⭐ REVIEW on them. As a Costumer I want to thank All the employees and Staff there! This is a 5 Star ⭐ Fed-Ex !!! ✌️ Thanks Again and for Everything !!! Shane Johnson"
"Not bad. Wish it seemed a bit more organized, however seems like they have had a lot of changes over the past year. Granted still get the job done."
"1* because negative stars are not yet a possibility. Charged me a re-delivery fee because I was not at our office at 7:30am despite my invoice reading that the delivery would need to be made after 9am. After calling to complain they said they waived the fee (how generous) only for me to get a letter saying that it was being sent to collections. After once again calling to straighten this out (and getting transferred twice) I was given TWO phone numbers to call, one was disconnected and the other went to voicemail."
"Nothing great to say. These guys are like the power company. I ship and receive daily with them and they have good drivers and bad drivers. Half the time they try to deliver at closing even when you tell them 5pm that the business is closed. In consistent service level from the freight guys, very unlike the parcel guys. I am probably going to stop using the parcel guys because the local freight group here aggravated me, the customer."
