"I sent a piece of pilates equip.from Fl to Co. and it arrived damaged badly. It arrived on the Fri before Labor Day. I sent a email with pictures immediately and waited for someone to contact me. It was NOT crated properly! They put a card board box around most of it. It should have been crated with a wood crate. It was damaged so badly one of the wood legs was broken and the frame was pushed out of square. I still have not heard from the insurance company and have made multiple request to C&F to contact them and to send me the contact info I need so I can call them. I still have not been given a claim # or have been notified how to proceed with my claim. They were quick to take my order and money but have completely dropped the ball on my claim so far."
