"I wish I could give this company 0 stars, because 1 is too generous. My package was supposed to be delivered on 9/22 to start a construction project. I received an automated message on 9/21 that it was delivered, but it was not. I called customer service and they said it was a mistake, and that it would arrive on 9/22 between 8:30am -12:30pm and that I needed to sign for the package. The delivery never arrived. I called at 1:30pm for an update. Customer service said they would check into it and call me right back. An hour passed, no call back. I called again and spoke to someone and after 25 minutes on hold her line got disconnected. I called back yet again and was told that the delivery driver attempted to deliver but nobody was home. I was home all day, I scheduled a day off work to wait here to sign for the package. My doorbell has a camera that detects motion in the event that I didn't hear them knock, so I would have been alerted if anybody was here. There was nobody that tried to deliver anything, this company simply lied. It's Friday and now I have to wait 3 more days for delivery, and schedule off work again on Monday to sign for the package. I will NEVER buy a product that uses this shipping service again"
