"Not very knowledgeable brought in a belt sander and their first words were wow that's ancient. It was brand new first time out of the box with the serial number dating 2022. Then they sell all these guns for a pretty high price but my gen4 g22 glock wasn't worth anything because it had a grip and he would have to take the grip off because people like it clean. I understand making a profit but not a 400 percent one scam artist. They tried to buy a coin off of me for 75 dollar saying the value went down blah blah it sold for 195 in 1 day auction on eBay. They sell up to 500 in the condition Mines was in. If your trying to make 25% off tools you should go back to school for math because what you offered me to what you would sell it at is way more I looked at the prices in your store. Besides the wow that's ancient comment when it was never used once shows you don't know tools I'm sorry. Once again offering me 75 dollars for a coin and it selling for nearly 200 is over 100 percent profit and you lied to me and told me that the value of those coins were going down that why you would buy it for that much. The ebay user didn't see it that way and gave me a raving review on the mint. Besides I sold that same gun the same day for 450 with the mck attachment."

He let me make a payment on it to keep it in, allowing me time to get the money to get the full amount to get it out. All of my electronics have been purchased there for over 15 yrs & NEVER had a problem. When you have 3 kids..thats a lot. They go above and beyond for their customers and in the event that anyone says different ...you aren't getting the full story."

"A 1 star review for this establishment is an overstatement. I came in one day to purchase a rigid power tool. I purchased the item and started charging the battery with my car inverter before i left the property to confirm that the power tool worked properly. Once the battery was charged i popped it in to the power tool and the tool did not work. So i went back in to the store and politely told the young employee that the tool did not work and that i would like a refund. The young man quickly responded by saying that there are no returns. He grabbed the power tool looked at the serial code and then stated that this was not the power tool he sold me and that i must of switched the power tool for another one. At this point i was furious that the employee would make this claim about me and was grateful i had someone with me as a witness. I asked to speak with the manager and they told me that the sherrifs department was on their way to handle the situation. 15 mins later the manager looks at the tool and sees the serial code that was on their file , turns out the tool was a 2 piece set with 2 different serial numbers that were sold to me. Once the disrespectful employee saw the mistake they had made , he kept his head down gave me a refund and did not apologies for the horrible experience i had there. Be aware of these crooks they are very sneaky, dishonest and just plain rude! The young employee needs to be very careful how he treats customers. He needs to be taught some respect and manors like the little boy he is!!!"
