"1 start, only because I wasn't able to leave a review without a star. Be extremely careful with this company and make sure to take pictures when drivers arrive and when you're done loading.. Drivers are taking their naps near your location, then billing you because supposedly the customer took over an hour to load 2 pallets in the truck. I will be taking pictures and posting whenever I see a truck near a business. The drivers are milking the clock and charging the customers. We told them we have pictures, they asked us to send over, so we did and still insist "the detention charge is valid as the driver was onsite at the shippers location for the entire duration" Well, yea, don't you see him near the location?? But was he at the DOCK? Zoom in and you'll see the driver just sitting there with his head leaning on his hand. Is he in a loading dock? Absolutely not! You can clearly see across a loading dock. So how is he not near the location? 1/19/24 caught another driver sleeping near a load dock location:"

"The WORST. Please find another company. They never come when they say they are coming. They keep rescheduling. They don’t call you to let you know they are rescheduling. They have the worst customer service. I have never dealt with such an unorganized company. I wish I can give a 0 star"

"This is the most unprofessional logistics company you can ever work with. They are unreliable, their drivers are rude and disrespectful, their drivers cancel pick ups as if the business belonged to them or simply never show up and never pick up on time. I really don’t understand why they simply don’t care about customer service."

"Worst service ever. When you gather information on the shipment - everything looks fantastic - good prices, the customer service promises to pick up the cargo like in 2 hours after the request. In fact - you're waiting and waiting and waiting and they can't provide any particular information. About the shipment - they promise the exact shipment time, in fact it's much more longer and they still can't guarantee anything. If you want to lose your time and money - use this."

"This company is terrible. 50% of the time they just don't show up. Even if you call and verify that they are driving to your exact location. Even if their employees tell you the driver will be there in twenty minutes, they will just not come out if they don't feel like it. No call, no consideration. They will treat your business like they don't matter if your pick up area is inconvenient for them."
