"Had an awesome first-time free-dive spearfishing trip with Rick and his crew! They were super chill, showed us the ropes, and made sure we had a blast while fishing across various dive sites. We caught some edible fish (barracuda, grouper, etc), and Rick's crew filleted the fish before our departure."

"Rick and Alec are extremely knowledgeable about all things diving, the water and having a good time. The pair work in tandem to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience while learning how to safely dive. I had to cancel my appointments too many times to count due to work conflicts and all I ever heard was “don’t worry” or “there’s no rush”. Time and time again I was put to ease and reminded this is not a race and we can all afford to take the time to do this the right way. At first, I personally had some anxiety about diving. It is an amazing opportunity that I recommend to anyone looking for a new hobby but advise taking it seriously. There is room for fun but ultimately you need to act responsibly at all times and this company helps navigate all of that. A&A demonstrated the patience and dedication to creating a space where I could shed my anxieties and learn to be a safe diver. I have my license now and can freely go with any dive company but I’m sticking with A&A. Happy to be a part of the diving community but even more grateful to have made some new friends."
