"I had a terrible experience here. I purchased a mask that was shedding. When I put it on the fur was in my eyes and ears and irritating my entire face. I took it off immediately and brought it back after work. Immediately I was greeted by a young man that told me there was nothing he could do because I did not have a receipt. I showed him my transaction on my credit card history I also read a customer's receipt that clearly stated they can look up by email. He called over a very rude manager that was treating me like I was not a customer, and I was not supposed to be in the store. As any normal person would do I kept trying to reason and figure out a way to prove my transaction. The young lady told me to leave the store. I then called the local police to make sure that I told my side and did not get in any trouble for simply trying to get my money back. Then I looked in my car and found the receipt and waited for the officers to arrive. I went back in the store with the officer showing my receipt and they told me that they no longer can give me a return only store credit even though they just told me that all I needed was a receipt earlier. I then walked out of the store and looked up the store policy online which clearly states that returns are accepted as long as they are in the original packaging and in new condition. I just purchased the mask a few hours prior, and I had everything I needed to have. Then while speaking with the officer the store manager pulls up to the store and we explain what happened and he said that he would only give me my return if I accepted him trespassing me from the store for future reference. I took the offer because I wanted my money back, but I am completely appalled by the behavior of the management at this location, and I plan to take further action."

"What a terrible customer service. Management was extremely rude and disrespectful. Katherina I believe was her name (one of the managers) she needs some work ethics or else please quit your job. It is a shame that people on charge of a store has no manners whatsoever."

"Party City was founded in 1986 by Steve Mandell in East Hanover, New Jersey. Mandell recognized that most stores selling party items were small mom and pop outfits and that there was no dominant leader in the market. Since it's inception Party City has grown to be the largest party retailer in the United States, Canada, and Mexico with over 900 stores. Party City always ends up having just what I need and through the years I have needed some strange dress up things for school and camp events. They also always had the perfect themed party supplies that my daughter wanted every year for her birthday. Since she is now grown I don't go as often as I once did but I was in the area and I had a birthday gag present in mind and this store had exactly what I wanted and it was only $5. They also had the birthday card and gift bag I needed so I didn't have to make another stop. The Boca Raton Party City is very clean and well organized. I saw staff members on the floor ready to help. I love their amazing candy aisle that is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth and if you can think of a party theme they most likely have it. All of their Halloween merchandise is in now too. Decorations, party supplies, and costumes for people and pets, they have it all. Their $200 ice cream clown is the manifestation of my worst nightmare. As far as Party City locations go, this is a great one."
