"When they get paid to deliver an item and can't find my address, and I get an text telling me I have to pick it up, and then they make me pay for it? Am I supposed to be grateful and praise UPS?"

"Honestly, the 'fill in employees' were courteous enough but they passed on what to do to each other of which nothing got resolved and 20 minutes later and your line getting longer, they sent me away unresolved about my package that the post had told me could ship my package. We have been to your facility 3 times now, with the same unfortunate experiences nobody knows what to do. One customer standing in line looked at me and " looks like you can't tell the truth because the employees don't want that" nor do they want to hear what they want to hear because they don't know what to do then either. There is no reliable help that knows the UPS system. Your company needs to step up their game, send employees to training school if they were good enough to be hired they are good enough to train."
