When my bike got a flat tire (probably due to putting a few hundred miles on it in a pretty short time), I called them and they were there with a loaner bike within half an hour to pick up my bike and give it a free tune up. "Wifey and I are new full time RV'ers and were in the market for electric bikes. We literally stumbled past their location and immediately turned around!! The store was technically closed but we were greeted by Steve who showed us around his beautiful showroom/store. He answered all of our questions and we set up a date later in the week to test ride them! Kim and Steve were ready for our ride when we got there. Kim took us for a fantastic tour of the area where we could test the capabilities of the bikes, get a feel for the accessories...this was top notch!! We got back and immediately purchased our bikes. Yeah, so these bikes practically sell themselves. They are very sturdy and high end, with alot of attention to details. While priced towards the top, there's something to be said about feeling warm n fuzzy about a bike that's backed by a 5 year warranty, over 200 locations nationwide to assist you, and of course an actual company and representatives who will back their products. Of course you can gamble on an Amazon bike and hope the bike lasts more than a year, the battery doesn't catch fire while youre riding it, and of course no one here in the US who's gonna back it and service it!! Anywho...lets get back to what makes this location and our experience wonderful....Kim and Steve!! They treated us like family and let us know that they were always here for us! On top of all of this, Steve and Kim even delivered our new bikes to our RV campsite, since we don't have a vehicle!! We didnt even have to ask...they offered to do this for us!!! Yup...if youre in the market for a fantastic bike head over to their shop. You'll be treated with respect and they will make sure you leave knowing how to ride them!! Btw...we got the Elements!!"
