"Guess what? On Thursday 10/12/23, I finally got my hands on the FNX 45 Tactical that the owner Agusto totally got me hooked on a year back. I also snagged myself a S&W M&P 10MM. Can you believe it? I was so stoked! Everything went smoothly with Manny, the guy who sold them to me. Today on 10/14, when I went to shoot them, I noticed that the Viper Vortex sight isn't adjusting properly. I tried asking your staff for help, but unfortunately, they couldn't get the dot to budge. Turned out the original sight was concealing the two lock screws behind the Viper Vortex unit. I need to get a riser for it in hopes it prevents this inconvenience or go with something else entirely, idk. It makes it a hassle to tweak to zero in the red dot because we have to remove it to unlock it for red dot adjustments then again just to lock it in place without the guarantee that once you mount the unit again it will still be zeroed in. Lol, poor design compatibility by Viper. The FNX 45 is still awesome. I am wondering if Stoneheart offers firearm maintenance and upkeep services, or even a customization section. I found the small manual for the Viper which is how I was able to make do. I have adjusted it at home. Soon I'll pass by to lock the Viper into the zero position and see about my other interests. Would have had no problem deeming it 5 star but couldn’t due to the fact the FNX 45 Tactical was sold at the same price as if it were brand new and not the in store display. Firearm had a few minor scuffs and instead of the three mags which come if I would have ordered it new I was given 2 mags and the plastic storage box for the various sight mount plates was missing as well. This was not told to me. Really sucks. So for those considering buying a firearm at stone heart take my experience with a with a grain of salt. Do more than your typical research or you might be hooked by a grade A salesman expert in HIS field. Only to later learn the deal was not exactly as good as you thought it was. Paying brand new price for a display model with blemishes on metal and missing accessories is the worst part. This particular shooting range is still nice."
