"I went with them to rent a car and they gave me a car with tire problems. I complained at the time and they told me that it was normal. and I left. then I came back the same day, and they didn't help me. I came back the other day talking about the same tire problem and they didn't help me either and they still treated me badly. and they said I would have to go fix the tire. I said that it was not my responsibility and that I wanted to change for another car and they did not change me either. I'm still with the same car. with the tire with problems and they do nothing. my experience with them is the worst."

"I went there on July 26, 2019. They provided me a dirty car with stains, dirt, and a nasty smell. I called to get a replacement car as I could not tolerate the disgusting car. They said that they don’t have “any” car available in afternoon. They said that they can only provide me a clean car in the morning and not in the afternoon. I mentioned to them that I cannot come in morning due to my job. They said that “if you cannot come in the morning then it means that the dirty car is not that important to you” My question for the manager: 1) how are you allowed to give customers a disgusting car? 2) when a customer tells you to solve the issue, why no effort was made to fix the situation.
