"NOT RELIABLE, GET SOMEBODY ELSE. This company does not know what they are doing. The quote and reservation process is a problem and they arrived LATE for my dad's appointment. The first time I called them, they told me they could not give me a quote or make a reservation on the phone, that I could only do it online. I told them that I needed a fast response because I needed to schedule service for the next day, and I wanted to make sure I was going to receive a confirmation fast. They assured me that it was no problem with the online method because the company was open until 9pm. I made the reservation, and although it went through, they were LATE next morning and my dad missed one of his appointments. It turns out that they are not open past 5pm, and since you can only rely on the online tool to do anything, you can be left guessing if you are going to get the service. I ended up calling a cab-service company that had wheel chair accessible van, it was less expensive, had a reliable phone service, they were reliable and i was getting constant confirmations via text on my phone as to the status of the service. This is how it is done."
