MBA Airport Transportation

"Have had 2 scary rides over the last few months. Will NEVER use again. First driver was speeding on 75 & we almost slammed into car in front of us. We were hoping that was an isolated incident so we gave them another chance. The second driver started to turn wrong way/opposite direction until my husband stopped her. Then she disregarded a stop sign & almost hit a golf cart. This was just in our community. Needless to say the rest of the ride was frightening. The van sounded like it was going to fall apart. We called & were promised a phone call from management. We are still waiting. I have no idea how they can stay in business. CONSUMERS BE AWARE. We will NEVER trust MBA again. If I could give them zero stars I would. I shouldn’t fear for our lives when using a transportation company."

"Scary ride from airport. Brakes were unsafe. Engine was skipping. The young driver went 60 on corners. Tires were bald! My husband and I are in transportation business and this van would never pass safety check! Felt very unsafe!"

"Today the driver of van 128 cut me off in traffic with no turn signal almost caused 2 accidents in the process these people need to be responsible for their actions. When I called to report it I sat on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up"

"The most unreliable service! I made a reservation 7/30 @ 6:30 AM and I received a confirmation email, but a driver never showed up. I called the operator to find out where our taxi was, or if it was even still coming, and I was told to wait a few minutes and call back. However, after waiting, when we called to inform them that we were still waiting they acted like WE were the ones inconveniencing them! 30 minutes and three phone calls with the company later they informed me they were “unable to get ahold of the driver”, but they didn’t even have the courtesy to call and tell me that. If we wouldn’t have called a third time we’d still be waiting! After all that we had to scramble to get an Uber to make it to the airport just in time for our flight. Never use this service, they are extremely unprofessional."

"The worst! Do not use this transportation company if you are depending on reliability!! I scheduled a pick up for my family on 7/20 @ 5:00a for a ride to the airport and they never showed!! I called the company at 5:15a and was told the address was in the system but could not tell me where my driver was. Her answer was "I'm just the operator." We ended up taking our vehicle to long term parking almost missing our flight!!! I have attempted to contact management and was hung up while on hold. Absolutely unacceptable!"
