"West Marine is always a great place to shop for marine products. I ordered and paid for an item online that was in stock. I called later in the day to see if it was ready for pu. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and finally hung up. I went in the next day to pick it up, same problem! Then, a manager stepped in and found it right away. But almost 15 minutes had passed. I could have walked in, taken it off the shelf, and checked out, all in five minutes. Aside from that, they were very apologetic and kind. Great store otherwise. Easy access and plenty of parking."

"Unbearable to shop here anymore. Company's AC has been broken for over a month now. I have to buy a shirt every time I leave because I'm usually drenched in sweat. "Customer satisfaction" has really gone down hill."

"This is the worst west marine store in all florida. They never keep a good inventory. If you drive to stuart, jensen beach, or palm beach you will find the product you are looking for. Don’t waste your time coming here. Un going problem for at least the last 5 years. Nice people but probably the wrong manager."

Stopped in last weekend, I guess when the brewery next door was having an event and the young man Thomas at the front was very accommodating and helpful to me and found what I was looking for. Nice to see our youth working retail and having manners to customers when they walk in the store."
