"Terrible company….stay away. I purchased Pokémon cards from them through EBay. They took my money, held it for 6 weeks, then cancelled the order with no explanation. No communication at all. I should’ve read these reviews before I made the purchase. Too many other really good companies selling sports and TCG. These people have no clue….."
"According to the 5 star reviews the man is a great story teller so my review will be a story for the owner... A man walks into a card shop on Monday and says, "I'm looking to sell a few cards, I'd like to know what you think." The guy sitting 2ft away from his 60inch screen tv, pops his head up and immediately dismissed him saying, "I don't have time to help you, I'm too busy" Now the line is wrapped out the front door, around the corner, and stretching halfway into the Atlantic (ocean). The crowds are getting restless waiting while the bright Florida sun scorches their skin.... Or maybe that's the fantasy that TV Guy believes since there was no sign of intelligent life within a mile of his store. The man laughs, turns around and heads to the next shop. There he pulls out the two Rickey Henderson Rookie Cards that "TV guy" had no time for and a deal was done. Moral of the story... TV kills brain cells"

The owner, Mark, was very quick to reply to every message, was able to assist me with everything that was needed, always kept me informed, was not rude as some of these reviews suggest. I know things are likely very tough for a lot of businesses out there, but it is reassuring to know that no matter the size of the purchase, you are a valued customer."
