"I was looking for a very specific mountain bike. Rafael was able to find the bike at another location in Utah. We worked together on a great price. He had the bike shipped into the Delray, FL location. Rafael provided me with shipping updates and photos. He personally went to another shop to pick a wireless derailleur to make sure the bike was ready when he promised. I had a 4 hour one way drive to get to his shop, the bike was ready! It was perfect.
