"The Marlins store has customer service issues because there is no customer service. Twice i drove down from Deerfield to exchange a tshirt for a larger size. Twice i was told the manager is not in and he is the only person that can exchange a shirt. i tried at 10am when they opened and also in the afternoon on non game days to save on traffic. I drove down because after dialing the Miami Marlins you have to hit the #4 to be transferred to the team store. So now i tried for a half hr for anyone to pick up the phone. After many many rings the phone hangs up automatically. Just poor customer service makes me want to not renew my seats."

"Horrible, most things are given away with discount to people who know staff up to 30% off or free. This only applies to people who have friends or family that work there or the 1% that has the money to pay. One man who works there cleans his sunglasses with the shirts that are for sale. Another girl by the name of isabel is face timing with her baby while the store is open. Also went to buy a Jersey and saw before she was dragging it on the ground, not alot of care is put into this store or products. Save your money buy online."
