I snapped a bolt on my Fuel EXe and they were kind enough to give me one from their floor bike in the meantime and order replacement. This is the kind of customer service and hospitality I love to see at a Trek location. Miami is lucky to have this team!"

"I was trying to find a very specific bike and called several stores close to my area to no avail. Most people I spoke with couldn't/wouldn't help. Even though it's over an hour drive (each way) from me, I called Trek Bicycle Miami Pinecrest as a last resort. Manuel answered the phone and was very knowledgeable, offering several options. I made the drive, tried the bicycle they had at the store (same exact I wanted but in a bigger size). It was not a good fit, so Manuel ordered the right one for me, and even gave me a better price. When I went to pick up the bike today, despite the store being very busy (Friday before Christmas!), everyone was super polite and helpful. Manuel let me test drive the bike and offered some much needed riding and safety tips. They sell bikes of all prices here, I probably bought one of the least expensive ones and they treated me like I was buying a Bentley. Aside from the stellar customer service, the store is very well stocked, not only with bicycles but all kinds of gadgets and accessories."
