"Don’t go here. Apparently the guy doesn’t want to be bothered! Absolute WORST customer service…to the point rather than buying a brand new fishing set up along with tackle and bait for a weekend visit to AMI, I chose not to even bother going into the place after having the person who answered my phone call act like a complete dismissive jerk. Someone I ran across at my hotel said they experienced the same rude service at this establishment too, so apparently it’s a thing with these guys. Would rather drive off the island and take my business somewhere else than spend my money here."
"I recently purchased a rod, reel, and tackle here and shortly had a mechanical issue with the reel. The manager swapped out the necessary parts from a new reel to get me back fishing while on a short vacation and I was very impressed with their customer service. Overall an excellent shop with good products, helpful and knowledgable staff."
