"Went to buy a kayak. Two sales people.The woman was angry at the man who was standing at the front desk talking to another man.. I waited and eventually left because no one was interested in selling a kayak. I am a senior with gray hair but felt invisible. Went to another store lovely man showed me just what I needed and I bought it. May just been a. Bad day, but it offends me to be ignored."
"Take a tour with them! My husband and I are new-ish to the area and NOT skilled kayakers, but we wanted to explore the outdoors and get on the water. The team at Osprey Bay gave us just the right amount of guidance and support as we paddled with a group on one of their guided tours. We had a really wonderful day, met some awesome new people and felt incredibly accomplished (read: we never tipped over and did not get swept off) at the end. Great tour, great team and a great day - we both highly recommend Osprey Bay!"
