"If you are looking for a true local bike shop, this is it. The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, knowledgable, and understands the life of a triathlete. I purchased by Argon 18 tri bike here and this shop has done all of the maintenance, and helped me out in a pinch multiple times when I tried to do some maintenance myself. The shop will be upgrading my mechanical shifting to Di2 12 speed and Travis did a great job talking me through all of the options available and providing his guidance when it came time to make a decision. Fantastic shop!"

"Exceeded expectations - we needed a couple bike tires replaced and, based on our experience at other local shops, we fully expected to have to drop off the tires and pick them up in a few days. Imagine our surprise when the friendly staff member at Kona was all too happy to immediately replace our tires for us! It took about 10-15 minutes to do both tires and while we waited we got a chance to see the shop. Besides an impressive selection of bikes and gear, they have a great selection of endurance gels and electrolyte blends - I was able to pick up a nice variety of GU gels I'd been wanting to try. My son also discovered a great Christmas gift he wants - a pair of Shokz sunglasses. The tire repair was well done and the prices were fair and reasonable. Great service. We'll be back for sure. "I called a bigger retail chain for help swapping out the pedals on my bike. After being placed on hold for 15 minutes they said there was a 2 week waiting list for that service. I immediately hung up and called Kona, where I was greeted by their super friendly and helpful staff. They changed my pedals in 10 min, and even went above and beyond to fix a little issue with my gears at no extra charge. They really are a great bike shop and team. They have a good selection of bikes, accessories, and very fair prices. Give them a visit."
