"It was a shame to have to deal with this office. These people don't answer email if you send. There's NO way to call by phone there. Just autoresponse and no option to talk to a service person. The fee to send passport is 35 $ inside Florida. This is the price for international delivery of a parcel!! To pick up in person the hours are just between 3.00 and 4.00. While it takes 5 seconds to give a passport, they did that shedule. In the worse traffic hour. And if you are there at 4.01 the door is closed. Ladies working there talk in a rude manner, manipulating. Very sad experience. Hopefully not need to come back. And a big shame the Spanish consulate doesn't do the work giving visas to members of families of Spain citizens."

"Worst experience. They printed my wife’s name wrong in the receipt and passport. I have sent the 9 emails to fix the issue. There is no response at all. They only check if your itinerary is good but don’t even care if they’re typing the name correctly. I understand that mistakes happen but all I’m asking is to respond or provide a solution to the mistake that was done. Their phone number doesn’t work."

"I arrived early and was welcomed warmly by the staff. They allowed me to pick up my materials early despite the 3-4 o’clock window for pick up, such a huge help considering my flight is shortly after the pick up period. Quick and easy!"

"Lovely staff at the BLS office here in Miami. There was a lot of conflicting information provided by the official Spanish consulate, but the BLS office was very accommodating of any conflicting information I was given. Even while the official consulate asks for a cashiers check (any other links have different requirements???), they were able to let me pay with my debit card. And even while the official website does not ask for a copy of passport pages (I triple checked), yet it’s technically required, the office accommodated by making the copy for me in person. Thank you to Camille, Daniel, and Ana for letting me pick up my visa on such short notice! They immensely helped me make it to Spain on time, by staying later at the office to give me my paperwork!"

"The process was seamless from start to finish with BLS service. I followed the checklist from the appointment confirmation page, so came prepared with all the documents and it took me no more than 30 minutes to submit all the documents, which is quite unusual for any paperwork processes. I was on the time crunch so religiously checked all the status via tracking , and once it was ready, came to the office , and George( the security officer) helped me to get my passport in a quick and courteous manner.
