"If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is a TOTAL SCAM. They totally steal from people, and nothing happens. I've been waiting for my refund (almost $900) since July 2022 and I haven't received an answer or my money. I did some research on these people and read some reviews on their Facebook page and noticed I am not the only one on this situation. There are a lot of people also waiting for refunds that never happen or a call from the "Philip Diack" guy who seems to be a ghost."

"This is a one of the most inept, disorganized, and dysfunctional companies I have ever used or worked with during my 48 years of life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They left out important details of my application and communicated the wrong times for appointments with the USPO. When I called to have Michelle Davis removed as my Account Manager, I was told, “It was really hard to assign a new account manager once one had been assigned.” Then I was told one of the two account managers working would return my call within an hour. The next day, when no one had called back, I called in and was put on hold, then forwarded to the “account managers team voicemail.” I left a message describing in detail the poor service I’d received and how I needed assistance. No one called back. I called back 17 times before I spoke to a human being, Emilio, who finally connected me with a manager, Alex Diemer. She apologized and said she would work with me directly to ensure I got my passport in time to make my flight. Unfortunately, it just got worse from there. It is now clear to me why the account managers are so bad….they have a terrible manager! Alex guaranteed me I’d have my passport within six days, maybe seven at the latest. Then I got excuse after excuse after excuse! First she forgot Veteren’s Day was a holiday. Really? You are a liaison to the United States Government and you didn’t know they were going to be closed the next day. Obviously honoring those who have served isn’t at the top of this company’s value statement. Then she told me she forgot the processing center, which she swore was the fastest in processing passports two days prior, was closed due to construction. Then the State Department declined my passport because I did not provide a signed letter of authorization. I had in fact put one inside the sealed envelope to be delivered to the State Department by Passports and Visas and another outside the sealed envelope but inside the Fed Ex package to Passports and Visas. This proves my application wasn’t hand delivered by anyone. I asked her to handle it by “hand delivering” the one I provided. She said she just “didn’t know what happened to it.” Even after all that, they would not process a refund because their policy is no refunds after 24 hours of placing the order. This makes sense because they haven’t had time yet within the first 24 hours to screw up your order. I disputed the charge with my credit card, wrote off the $225 check to the Dept of State, and found a legitimate company to expedite my passport. THESE CLOWNS ARE ANYTHING BUT LEGIT.."

"THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I recently discovered my passport was expired and urgently needed a passport within 3-4 weeks. I thought the process was going smoothly, but I was soon put into check. This “service” requires you to pay a hefty fee before even contacting you in any way. What they don’t tell you is after you pay and fill the documents you need for your “service” is that they will drop all contact with you, and not return any of emails or phone calls. After being sent to the post office to get my passport paperwork checked I was told the return address the agency gave was not a legit place, and they were right. This place is a SCAM. i repeat, A SCAM. They take your money, and steal your information!! if it wasn’t for the very kind and generous lady at the local post office I would of had my previous passport sent off to god knows where. I recommend going to the government website of obtaining passports and visas as I was VERY lucky to get an urgent appointment to have my passport sent to me within a week. I am truthfully disgusted with the website and I can not believe they are allowed to fool people this way. keep yourself protected and pick a reliable service, have a good day."

"Stay far away. Submitted paperwork weeks before date I needed it, and paid rush shipping and charges. Heard that because I hand wrote on the application, It takes much much longer to process (3-5 week window diff). I have pretty decent handwriting, and made sure to make every legible. They never said if I had signed it all digitally and sent it would be quicker. When I called to get status update, They were totally unresponsive. This business will never answer your phone calls or give you status update. I now have to drive all the way to another state, Cancel work, etc in the middle of my work week and days before I’m traveling just to rush my passport elsewhere Update: the morning I was packing to leave and drive out of state to make passport appointment with official govt branch, my passport arrived in the mail. Super duper close call and never want to deal with that stress again. No communication from the company ever."
