"Perfect for baby shower and small birthday party. It has full kitchen and counter space. Small backyard, and restrooms. But nice floors and space. Rental of location include table and chairs."

"Nice spot to have a party!! I've been to a baby shower and a kid's birthday party there and the place is very nice. It has a big kitchen in the back where I believe you can even cook and includes a refrigerator. But the people from the party have taken food there already cooked. I recommend it highly. It also has a parking lot and there is usually plenty of parking on the street also. The price is not so bad either. It comes with tables and chairs and has a stage where you can set up the cake table."
