"This used to be my favorite store. Now it is one of my least favorites, I attempted to call the store many times to see if they could accept my gift card (I’ve been told no for almost a month) due to construction and traffic on that road but they refuse to answer the phone. So I had to drive all the way up there, to be told NO AGAIN. UPDATE: decided to go try to use the rest of of my gift card last month 8/23. As soon as I said the word gift card, they all turned around and looked at each other and said they had to call the manager who then told me that the only way I could use the card is if I knew the exact amount on the card and that they have no way of checking it because they never got the system working like they said they would. Hopefully none of y’all have gift cards that were purchased before the buyout because you are now out that money."

"Wow! What customer service given by Gail over the phone. I called in to ask if they had any youth 50-80 lbs life vest. As I live 30 minutes from this store that was very helpful. Gail said they had life jackets and offered to go check for me and let me know. Then came back to let me know they did. She was so polite & friendly. Wish we had more like her. Keep up the good work. I hope y'all pay her well!"

"I had a negative experience at your store recently. While I was shopping, I felt that an employee, whose name I believe is Masen or Mason, was staring at me the entire time. As a result, I do not feel comfortable returning to your store in the future."

"I just witnessed a disturbing scene at this store. There was a female vendor putting cans in a cooler when a man approached her raised his voice and angrily told her to get out of his store. She looked completely shocked and said nothing but just left. Customers were staring. Whatever she did, she didn’t deserve to be talked to like that. It was so unprofessional. Definitely will not be back."

"Great all around gulf store. It has so much selection of last fishing, playing, boating, or household needs. Also they cook the Best Breakfast Biscuit!"
