"I have been buying products from this company and placing my order over the phone for over 20 years Because I would get my order so fast. Within the last 6 months they are hit or miss if they will even answer the phone to take an order. because I could not get anyone to answer the phone I placed an order on line and never got a confirmation or any acknowledgement if they received my order so I called and waited to speak to an operator which actually answered the phone. I will not be using the company going forward and would not recommend using this company to anyone! They use to be a good company to work with but they are obviously struggling now. The only thing that I can think of is they must be on the verge of going out of business."
