"Very bad experience. It seems as if no one knew about the equipment I was renting, how to use it and /or if there was a filter. Paper inst were useless .when I got home and turned it on my son started scratching everywhere so I had to turn it off. When I called to let them know Am I doing something wrong? No one was knew. I opened to look at the filter and it was dated 08/2022!! That’s 4 months ago! The only reason this even gets 2 stars and not 1 is because when I called the manager Michael in the AM he acknowledged my concerns, agreed with my frustration and had great customer service . He of course did not charge me for all of this inconvenience and stated that he will be coaching his employees."

"Not enough ez parking. Way overcrowded. Contractor loading made for mice. Has tool rental and hot dogs. Lot of stock. Bathrooms smell bad 30 feet away. Contractor entrance is actually an exit. Not efficiently designed. Better to have your materials on hand before you work in this area."
