"Some Time ago I called to repair my mower tractor. They told me to bring it over. When their employee was filling out the paperwork, a manager or owner walked over & said they were not going to repair my tractor because they only repaired things they sold. I called before I went through the work of transporting a tractor. If they changed their repair policy, they should have told me over the phone, so I didn't go through all that time, sweat & work."
"I took a deflective machine I recently bought. They charged me $20.00 for an inspection. Someone called me from the store and told me that the repair would cost $55.00. I asked them to send me a report of the need of repair they would need to accomplish but I did not authorize any repair. They never sent the email and did the "repair" without my authorization. It is a scam."
"Dropped off a brand new generator only used a few hours to get tested. When I picked it up it was dirty and marked up like if was used for years"
"Dont send your machine to get fixed here. Very bad mechanics. When they gave me back my pressure washer it was leaking oil and still not working. They don't even test your machine before giving it back. Unprofessional by not testing before returning to paying customer. They charged me before knowing if they did the job correctly"
