"If I could give ten stars I would. I am a homeowner who stopped in for two obscure lighting parts. I was greeted with a smile and a great attitude by the young lady in the lobby and she got someone to help me right away. He didn't think he would have them but checked anyway and while I was waiting the young lady offered me fresh popcorn from a machine in the lobby and something to drink. The gentleman came back a bit later and said they did not have the parts but gave me a small screw somewhat like the one I was looking for and said it might work. This was for free. He also directed me someplace he thought might have the bracket I was looking for. I was in the customer service business for 50 years and whoever is leading this culture is doing a bang-up job. Extraordinary service and smiles for me looking for about 4 dollars in lighting parts. Bravo !!"

"I had ordered a meter kidney and it had been shipped, However I didn’t have the tracking number I forgot to add my email address (my fault). We just had temps drop below 15 degrees and I started to freak out because I wasn’t sure if I even ordered it at this point! I emailed sales and Stephen Reah emailed me back in less then a minute, mind you the web site says they close at 4pm he emailed me after 11pm! I was thinking I would received a response just not the same night please keep up the awesome customer service!!!!!! Now I can rest easy knowing I can get my customers power back on."

"I needed a specific Eaton 50amp breaker that has a hole for a hold down kit, I found it in stock with S&S Electrical Supply in stock. I sent an email asking them to confirm it had the hole and was in stock and they replied the same day. I bought it and they shipped it the next day.
