"Beware of this company. Our final bill was almost DOUBLE what they quoted us. My business partner went in to rent a small skid steer and we were quoted $300 for day rental and $100 for delivery and pick up. We were told that if we rented it on Saturday then Sunday would be free. We accidentally broke the gas cap and we were upfront about it and was charged $9 for the gas cap and then an extra $14 for being short 2 gallons of gas, which was understandable. After the machine was picked up, a day late, they called to tell us that Sunday wasn't free and that you are charged by the time you use the machine not the day. Then they go on to inform us that the machine was "dirty" ( we moved mulch with it) so they are charging us a cleaning fee and a labor fee. Too make a long story short our $400 rental and delivery fee we agreed upon turned into $745. We paid the bill, but as small business owners ourselves we will never do business with this company again."

"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. These people have no accountability. Scheduled lift equipment rental and when I showed up, they didn’t have anything for me. Previous customer didn’t return equipment on time so that left me stuck without a lift, and out $300 because of other equipment I rented and couldn’t use without a lift. They finally got the lift back that day at 12 and instead of calling me to pick it up, they closed… Waste of time and money. Will never use again."
