"I walked into this store through the main door. I turned left to go towards the fabric I wanted to buy. Suddenly, I tripped on a metal bar on the floor. Thankfully, I am agile and was able to jump onto my right foot without falling on my face. The store clerk in the cashier counter yelled at me in a loud voice, "You should look down when you walk!!" One other shopper asked if I was ok. I told her I was. I was so shocked that the clerk would yell at me for potentially being injured in the store. Classic case of blaming the victim. Completely unprofessional and unkind without any regard for my well-being. I was so flustered by the uncaring attitude, that I could not find what I came for and left the store. What did I trip on? The metal bar bolted to the floor to house the shopping carts. There were no carts in the space so I did not see that it was not an aisle for walking. If the shopping carts were there, I would not have walked into that area and would not have tripped. There is no one to blame here: not me nor the store. However, there is customer service training required for that employee working the register on Jan 9, 2024 at 1:25pm. Kindness should always be the first response when someone is injured."

"I would like to say thank you very much to the young cashier with the tattoos on her arm, I don’t know her name today. That was very helpful. She did not have to go out of her way. It’s not just her job. She’s good at what she does and I hope she gets recognized for that. I went there between five and 630 I am a big Pastry Chef in Miami But I wasn’t sure how to use the app. I kind of forgot I order all the time also art equipment a lot but thank you to the young lady. She should be working in hospitality management. Hopefully you go to Marriott corporation hotels Ps great for management position. She’s got what it takes. TJ Maxx is horrible don’t go."
