"Cashier was extremely rude, would not see me in the face, asked a question, she barely answered seemed like she was upset, not acknowledging where she works, I will get her name and come back to write it. (that was one time) a different day we get there ( I get it almost time to close) only needed 5 pieces, they were very rude again! Owner should have all employees take a customer service course"
"Horrible customer service, called to try and find out if they had a piece for my fence and gentleman who picked up the phone was very rude and aggressive did not want to help out advised that i had to drive to store. I own my own business and i would never speak to my customers the way they did. Will not be calling these people again . They definitely wont last to long with that kind of attitude towards buying customer."
"Two weeks ago I bought a diamond plate at this location and the storeroom personnel gave diamond plate aluminum instead of the metal. The wrong material was provided by mistake from this company and after we found out we requested a exchange and they didn't provide it to us. Although they accepted that they made the mistake they would not provide the correct material. I am not happy with the service that was provided by this company . This situation led me to rebuy the material again when it was not my fault. Poor service."
"I usually buy some somewhere else but some friends coming to this place and this is actually the second time I go if I'm not mistaken in a long time and he has never been worse if this I literally spent two hours waiting for something materiale to order first and then they're only have one person outside delivering for maybe 20 customers waiting on there it was unbelievable hope to never go over there again"
