But doing business with the company varies from franchise to franchise. Dealing with this one went from ordinary to a bad faith experience. Without getting into extraordinary detail, I will simply say that communications and follow up were inconsistent and the manager/store owner was ultimately not much better at a moment in time when delivery was critical.. We mutually arrived at a resolution to save the transaction only for her to reneg at a critical time for the project, knowing that we were already in a time crunch. She stopped taking or returning my calls, replaced by texts that misrepresented what we had discussed. Just not a reputable way to do. business and I ultimately took it elsewhere."
