"Do not waste your time with this company. Should’ve done business with Home Depot instead. If you have a problem they won’t handle it or they’ll just “pretend” they’re trying to help. Delivery driver knocked over my perfectly good mailbox on delivering my baseboards… unfortunately we thought the company would replace the mailbox but they played games with us for weeks. Not to mention..my concrete was damaged by the delivery truck and mine and my neighbors grass was torn up. Do better Imeca. Should’ve filed a police report but instead I thought the company would do right. Spent 100+ on a mailbox and gave them over a thousand dollars in business. Never again."
"The worse customer service from the guy at the front desk. I purposely avoid buying from because of how bad the service is. It has to be only an emergency for me to buy materials here. Most times I’ll wait for other companies to restock or travel down south to purchase materials. It takes a lot for me to write a review but this guys is terrible."
"This store is have the worst costumer service that I've ever seen. The lady that runs the store is very rude, unpolite and disrespectful. I don't know how can a business owner keep a person like that as an employee for so long. I've been to that store couple times and every time I had a bad experience. One of the occasions I saw her mistreating an old lady costumer just because she needed to exchange a product couple times and another costumer saw that and turned away very surprised with what he saw. I highly recommend everybody avoid going to this store, try the other store in Pompano Beach, they are much much better."
