"UPDATE*** After expressing my concerns about my experience at the nail salon, they responded promising a full free pedicure and full set. I appreciated their gesture and promptly emailed them as requested for a refund. However, despite their assurance, I never received a reply or acknowledgment. While I had hoped for a positive outcome, it’s evident that the salon’s initial response was merely an attempt to manage their online reputation rather than genuinely address my concerns. As a customer, I value transparency and honesty, qualities that seem lacking in this instance. Potential customers deserve to know the truth: this salon is all talk and zero action. If they can’t uphold their promises, they have no business making them in the first place. My hope is that others heed this warning and avoid the frustration and disappointment I’ve endured. In summary, don’t be fooled by their empty gestures and hollow promises. Save your time, money, and sanity by taking your business elsewhere—anywhere but here. **************** I recently visited this salon for a scheduled acrylic full set appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arriving, I expressed my desire for an acrylic full set. However, my nail artist seemed taken aback, and another associate informed me that they could only offer Gel X nails. Wanting to be accommodating, I agreed to the Gel X option, believing it could yield similar results as my desired acrylic set. Contrary to the promise of a quicker process, the preparation took around 1 hour. When it came time to work on the French tip chrome, I asked to cut my nails shorter, a request that didn't seem well-received by the nail tech. Despite the extended preparation, the application of the chrome and French tip turned out to be a messy disaster, as evident in the attached pictures. The lines are uneven, and the overall appearance is far from satisfactory. The chrome chipping immediately after leaving the salon could be understandable, but the lack of cleanup and attention to detail is not acceptable. Regrettably, the overall experience at your salon was quite disappointing. The establishment appears to face organizational challenges. I wished I had opted for Pandora's Nail Salon just two minutes away, where I have had positive experiences in the past. I hope this feedback helps improve the service here."

"On a visit to the Ft Lauderdale area I booked an appointment at Dipp’d Nail Lounge. When you step in off the street, you feel you are in a different world! Very cool spa vibe! Your eyes are drawn to all areas. I got the luminary nails. My nail tech took her time and did a great job. I’ll visit again next time I’m in town. I highly recommend!"
