"I have been getting my nails done from this location for 5 years. Today Kenny (The one that has a mustache ) choose to be a complete disrespectful employee . I have introduced my sister to this location, so when she goes I accompany majority of the time. When we go I sit next to her she gets serviced even if I am not getting anything done. Kenny decided to make a change and told me to sit im the front of the shop(Remember me sitting next to my sister is nothing new) , I informed I will be to direct to the front . I sat in the front and spoke with my sister as far as she was. Another employee decided to speak on the situation and said it’s to early for me to be having a conversation, I told her to continue doing her client nails and I apologized to the client because the employee stopped working on her nails to address and speak to me with a situation that had nothing to do with her. After she spoke Kenny asked if I was getting serviced I said no his response” Then get out, you dnt need to sit here, get out” . I said no I’m with my sister like any other time , what is the difference now? He then says “GET OUT “ , I remained seated, he tells me he is going to call the owner and I encouraged him to do so. He did not call the owner(I wished he did) . There is no way I spent the amount of money I have for 5 years and get spoken to the way I did today! I made a decision that I will no longer be getting serviced here. I did speak to John(Who always does a phenomenal job on my nails) I will call and let Win know as well. I am taken back that this situation occurred."

"I just got my nails done today and I must say it was a horrible experience. My sister and I have been coming to this place for 5 years and today was the last straw. We walked in this morning and was rudely greeted by an older man with a mustache. Who told my sister she couldn’t sit next to me like we always do if she wasn’t getting serviced. Keep in mind the salon is empty. If it was full, I would understand the request. He then started yelling and embarrassing us. Still we weren’t combative and I sat down and my sister sat where he requested. After a few moments, he told her to sit outside if she wasn’t getting serviced. I was floored and I told the employees that the owner never had us do this. Again, I stay and got my service and tipped because John wasn’t at fault. However, I will not be returning. The lack of professionalism and respect was beyond. We have patronized this business for years and to be treated like this was crazy."

"Don't go here. The owner told me Acrylic and gel were 45, and I ended up paying 80 dollars for horrible nails . When I walked in, they didn't offer me a place to sit I was literally just standing there and eventually had to ask to use one of the only chairs at the nail station. The blonde lady kept burning me and cutting me with the dremil, and one of my nails came out crooked. When I called the owner to tell her the lady was charging me 80 for the nails, she said oh I thought you said you were getting a refill." The owner didn't care at all that I was upset and clearly only about the money! Worst salon I've ever been to."

"These people are rude and they will skip the typical nail service steps when doing your fill in. I told the person in charge that my nail tech did not buff my nails at all… he just simply polished them, He didn’t even ask me to go wash my hands… the person in charge tried to convince me that he did buff my nails . And that’s strange how can you tell me what your tech did and I’m the one MONITORING MY NAIL SERVICE. This place is Awful their was also a customer who walked out while getting Her feet done because the technician didn’t give great judgement or consultation on the polish choice that was clearly not meant for the lady toes it showed flaws and it was extremely too light for her skin shade, they wanted $70 to make the customer completely satisfied. So she got up and walked out WITHOUT PAYING… My total service was $97 I don’t have ANY problems with paying for service but if there is a issue I will simply file a dispute with my bank and that’s my choice as a consumer. I paid for my service in full….and a employee followed me to my car and took a picture of my tag. That’s harassment and that’s inappropriate I do not appreciate the embarrassment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE… GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!"
