"Worst service I ever experienced at a nail Salon. The nail tech girl in the front to the right her name starts with a L , was extremely rude, with a disgusting attitude. I had just got off work and was hoping for a peaceful nail experience but was treated like my presence was an inconvenience, and not like a paying customer. After getting my hands done and saying I would like a pedicure she rolled her eyes and questioned why I wanted it done at that time. Once I brought her attitude up to the manager, I was told that if I’m too picky I shouldn’t come there for services."

"I’m posting this review to warn others. Do not go to this salon. They’re rude, will rush you to take as many customers as possible. $45 for a regular mani/pedi and it looks AWFUL. And the first person who started my nails got visibly annoyed when I asked for regular polish rather than gel. He then passed me off to someone else and took someone else who came in after me, so I then had to wait for the second person to be done with a pedicure. This wouldn’t have bothered me if my nails and feet did not look atrocious. For the manicure, he stuck the cuticle cutters under the corners of my nails and ripped the skin out. It was painful, and my cuticles look thicker and worse than they did before the manicure. Not sure how he managed to do that. I wish I would have gotten up and walked out, but I didn’t want to be rude. Complete waste of $45."

"Got one nail replaced the day after I got them done!, and it became a problem for the female in the front to attend me , not to mention, her attitude is horrible! She has a remark and a response for everything, and always agitated!! I’ve spent my hard earned money on a place that charged me 8$ for one nail, for it to come out sideways, lumpy , and short. Needless to say consider this before entering!! I should’ve just took my 95$ and flushed it down the toilet. Never again!!"

"Never had issues here until recently. I went in to get a soak off and full set acrylic. The owner ţook me but insisted on popping the nails off because a soak off took a hour. I allowed two nails to be taken off with an acrylic tip but it caused so much pain and seem unnecessary. My long natural nails were broken off. After soaking for a few minutes he kept trying to pop the nails off. He was rude and did not care about my nails or the quality of service he was giving. My nails are red and painful after coming here. Everytime I come here im being offered and insisted on something other than what I ask for. I shouldn't have paid 10 for a nail take down that left me in pain and broke all my nails off!!!"
