"Sloppy work. Had polish on rim cuticle and skin; I asked them to remove it; her response - Oh, it will come off when you wash your hands. I had to insist that she remove excess nail polish from cuticle and skin area. Ugh! Not friendly either."

Busy place with very little wait times unless you need a specific nail tech that everyone else wants. Eye lash and eye brow tint queen is Hong, don’t allow anyone else to do. Long wait for her so best to make appt if possible. gel polish is cheap quality. Peels off after couple days. I come here now after today for eye brow tint only!"

"I went to this salon . Kevin is terrible . He doesn’t properly clean your toes . After the wash , he didn’t properly rinse my toes . The front desk was extremely unprofessional, and bad customer service. The moment you mentioned something they are doing that is wrong , they start talking to their coworkers in their language . "I visited this nail salon for the second time on August 11th. My experience the first time was good but this time, I had a male worker who was not experienced at all. I was receving a pedicure and he was informed to file my nails and not only did he file my toenails all the way down but he changed the shape and lied and said my toenail was broken that's why he filed them down. My toenail was not broken and I don't like a liar. If you lie, you will steal and cheat. My issue is beside him not doing a good job, why does the service has to be paid if I'm dissatisfied and your worker took it upon himself to do things I didn't ask him too. Also, if you are training someone, let the customer know because if they mess up, the employer should fix the mistake and if the mistake can not be fixed, the customer should not pay full price and I did pay full price, all I got was sorry, sorry wont bring my toenails back the way they were. I walked out unhappy and barely leaving a tip. Please do better and give the customer the opportunity to say yes or no, I will work with a new employee, everyone doesn't want to work with a new employee, I prefer someone seasoned."
