"I cannot believe the terrible service I received today from Andy and Sam's at this place. I went in for a pedicure and was met with nothing but rudeness and refusal from Sam when I asked to remove the dead skin from my feet. Not only did they refuse to continue the service, but when I asked for help, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes without any assistance. When I finally confronted Andy (the manager) about the lack of service, he told me I have to pay for the entire pedicure. I offer to pay for half. Sam threatened to call the police! I have never been treated so poorly in a customer service setting before. It was an absolutely appalling experience. Avoid this place at all costs!"

"I made a 10:30 appointment for a regular manicure and pedicure that costs $45.00. I had good service up to the end when I asked where the fan was to dry my nails and the nail technician told me that I had to wait because they only two fans in the entire place and they were being used. I couldn’t believe it as there is over 40 chairs in the place and only 2 fans. I asked if there a waiting limit and was told no. I asked if they had appointments and if it could have been planned better but was told no. The manicure and pedicure was great. They are getting 1 star for only having 2 fans"
