"I went in yesterday to just get my nails and toes (just polished). I usually go to one person for my nails and toes but he was on vacation. So my hands were nice but I had to come back to just get my toes polished. I didn't like it but I had to leave cause of an appointment. So I came back today to change it to French tip instead, the lady did a terrible job I didn't like how she did my toes, didn't even get the rest of the remaining polish off my feet before even doing them, I went up to pay and he charged me $30 dollars for what I don't know. Remind I went in there yesterday and paid $25. If your employees did a bad job why am I paying $30? I'm explaining to the man all he saying is you got a color change and French tip( got the same color just with French tip). Bad customer service and no consideration."
"Horrible service!!! One of the ladies tried to do what she wanted to do instead of what I asked for. Then beat me getting upset!! She also created a whole scene because I addressed it while she was doing it.This is exactly why I stopped coming here to begin with. I'm the paying customer!!! I pay for what I want!! Not what you want for me!!! Unbelievable!!"
"Never been but had definitely heard about this place. I decided to get my own experience. Walked in and was seen right away. Mr. D did my service and I must say at first I wasn’t feeling him but I warmed up and he turned out to be amazing. I showed him what I wanted and he delivered! He was transparent about the cost for my request which I appreciate. I will be back and I told him only for him. Only downside he doesn’t do pedicures :("
"I must say I was satisfied and left with a huge smile on my face. I was a walk in on a very busy weekend and they took care of me pretty fast( maybe 8 minute wait) the lady that helped me kept a smile on my face from when I sat to when I left. I enjoyed her energy and her talent to be artistic with my nails. Coming back"
