"I went to get a powder manicure and regular pedicure, I wasn't happy with the way one of my nails looked ,Levi did my nails. He tried to fix it because I showed him, but seemed like he was in a rush because he had another client waiting, it was too thick and had a bump on it. The owner tried telling me it's because of my nail. My nail is flat was lying. It was obvious that i had too much powder on that mail. He didn't care or try to get someone to fix it. I then go to pay. I wanted to tip because I was happy with my pedicure. He tells me they only take cash for the tip. I said no one told me when I made the appointment and his reply was " how come you didn't ask" he is so rude. I will never go back. My first and last time."

"My mom and I went here today and had a really nice time. We both got pedicures, and the two people who did our nails (I unfortunately didn’t get their names) were super great! Everyone that worked there was pleasant and the place is super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Their selection for regular nail polish had a lot of variation, too. :)"

"This review is a late one, but I wanted to share my experience seeing these amazing reviews. I called to make an appointment for a pedicure and was told that the first available appointment is a week away, which was a little surprising. My appointment was for 5:30pm, but at 5:15pm, when I was on my way, the salon called me to ask where am I. I arrived at 5:30pm on the dot, and the man at the front desk was acting like I was late and started asking the nail tech if he still has the time to take me. My appointment was for some kind of SPA pedicure (I don't remember which one exactly), but the nail tech said there is not enough time for that and that he's going to do a regular pedicure instead - kind of weird given that the closing time is listed as 7pm. To me, this was beyond unprofessional given that I specifically mentioned a SPA pedicure at booking and waited for a week for it. The worst part is that the pedicure wasn't remotely good. The tech was a young guy and he was clearly very inexperienced. He was very aggressive on the cuticles and cut me in a few places. He didn't give my nails a nice and clean shape. He also didn't remove any calluses, but left dry patches of skin on my heel. Overall, it was a mediocre service and a very unpleasant experience, which is why I haven't returned to the salon even though it's practically next door to my house. I'm a little taken aback by how busy this place seems to be and all the positive reviews given that my own experience involved a nonexistent customer service."

"I have been going here for years and I always go to Cindy. I am very picky with my nails but I never have to point anything out with her. She has helped so much with ingrown nails on my toes, I no longer get any. She is so sweet and does an amazing job on nexgen manicure and gel pedicure. Absolutely love how sweet everyone is and how they recognize me and the rest of my family when I go in! Really makes me feel like I am valued as a guest. Would recommend this place to anyone."
