"Apparently they don’t do acrylics, only dip. Which I wasn’t told! The older man started working on my nail, I wanted a simple almond shaped French set. He cut them way too short, and the nails are bumpy. He did not drill it down to smooth them down evenly. First and last"

"Andy is the main guy that sits at the front. Not sure if he’s an owner or not either way he’s very rude and unprofessional. All I asked for is acrylic over my natural nail with a pale pink polish on top, I saw another woman there with another nail tech and thought hers looked absolutely beautiful. She even had short nails like me. My natural nails are originally naturally nice IMO but the quality of these nails made them look horrific. The services here from him received I wish I could give negative stars. I’m so bummed I wasted my money on this person. I wish I knew someone local that was better and cared. I’d love to give my money to them instead. -C"
