"No The new owners called me out of the blue to tell me that my nail tech of 5 years was not coming to my apointment When I spoke to her my nail tech she had no idea about any of that, it was news to her. I called Noir to asked them to explain the message they left on my VM They tell me that she left the nail spa , well that was not true !!!!! They dumped a few very talented nail techs just like trash using MY appointment to do it . The professional, relaxing vibe that that place once had has disappeared. There’s is no relaxing, spa music. Everybody working there plays their own music, radios as loud as they want to and it’s all different music.They cannot handle the desk . Existing appointments are mixed up and unimportant with these people . This place is shady now.. Unprofessional is an understatement , so sad"

"DO NOT GO HERE!! They are overpriced and I just got my acrylic fills today with GEL color and as soon as I opened something and took a shower the nails chipped. I’ve been to plenty of nail salons before and this never happened. They charged me over $100 for a fill and a simple pedicure.. I want people to know about this place beware! Also I think it’s really unfair they won’t issue a refund. Will never return again. I advise you to go to other places if you want a good experience as well as quality."

"Asked to have sharp corner of mail at top cut. She clearly did not understand as she cut completely around entire nail so deep I left in pain. Cut half the nail off. Did not know how to shape them. Cost me $30 to need to go to a podiatrist. Manager told me to come in where he proceeded to tell me I am the only one(irrelevant to the facts of My experience) and that he didn’t care. I told her to cut the edge so I got butchered. Unkind- dishonest- uncaring people who chose to fight rather than take any responsibility. Sadly, I am not surprised. Nails so badly done they couldn’t be polished. Should be ashamed !!!!!!!! Mail was fully grown with small piece at top corner that was sharp. Didn’t deserve this"

"This is the worst nail shop I’ve ever spent my hard earned money at. They have the worst services ever! The most rudest employees! Oh and let me not forget how overpriced they are for such poor quality work. I hate my nails and my toes and I will not recommend ANYONE HERE. Not even my worst enemy!"

"I stopped by Noire Nail Bar yesterday after work as a walk-in. They were able to fit me in right away for an acrylic fill in Ann. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to match it perfectly. After the first coat of polish the color was a little too light and she corrected it without me having to ask. Overall it was a very relaxing visit and I LOVE my new set of nails."
