"I cannot say enough positive things about 1 to 1 Kitchen & Bath. We hired them to complete a large scale kitchen renovation, including knocking down two walls, and completely gutting the rest. From the moment they provided a quote to finishing up the final touches, they were extremely responsive, efficient, and affordable. They stuck to the timeline (a mere 5 weeks!) and kept us updated on what the “next steps” would be along the way. I thought I was a perfectionist, but I met my match with Tom and his team. If they felt something was even slightly imperfect, they weren’t willing to accept it until it met their (very high) standards. One of the things I was most dreading was the mess. I’d heard horror stories and had prepared myself to live in a dust-filled environment for 5 weeks; but the team did an amazing job of keeping the dust contained and left the kitchen swept/extremely clean at the end of each day. I also appreciated Tom’s candor. He never tried to “upsell” me on any finishes, and in fact, was very conscious of making sure we did not exceed our budget. I’ve also gotten quotes on renovating one of the bathrooms in our house.
