"2 pallets of Bahia delivered. Top 4 pieces where nice and then it got progressively worse .My SOD installer could only install the top halves of the pallets. The rest just crumbled and was mostly dirt.. So I had yo pay for the rest of the pallets to go to the dump."

"I ordered Floratam sod and I was about to receive Palmetto. The driver/owner gave me my paperwork, which says Floratam, and walked away. When I went to inspect the pallet I noticed it was Palmetto and had it picked up. The fact they do business like this would not make me trust them. Also, if you get the pallet delivered on your driveway expect two big scratches to be left which they claim will go away with rain (I highly doubt it). I ordered my Floratam sod from Orlando Outdoors and it turned out to be a bit cheaper."

"Recently bought 2 pallets of sod. The grass was healthy and freshly cut. Very satisfied. In addition, this is a family owned business, and they are very friendly. Pleasure doing business with them and will be returning. They also were a huge help in properly loading the sod onto my trailer with the fork lift. Thanks again!"

"Left my new sod to settle and root for 6/8 weeks and noticed dead spots when laying which didn't improve. Called to let them know to see if there was anything they could do to maybe pull up some sections and have them replace but they weren't interested. They just told me because it was over 4 weeks that there's nothing they can do and that I need to have it sprayed because there is obviously fungus. So not only does their sod contain fungus but they are not willing to help fix the situation. Sorry but you just lost my recommendation to my neighbors. Not great customer service and no resolution from them."
