"When at bath & more south Miami location the lady was very friendly and helpful a lot and answered all our questions. After making the purchase and going to Doral location for pickup (they didn’t have the exact mirrors at the show room location) (location is 18 minutes away, not far) they seemed a bit rude, like no greeting and very short with words, it was weird??. Also everything is final sale, so inspect EVERYTHING that they give you & make Sure all correct pieces are in the box before driving away!!!l. The lady at south Miami said no returns & final sale & the guy at the warehouse said “no yes you can return if it has a defect” after just signing paperwork at south Miami saying no it’s all final sale. So THAT was confusing, but aside from that the mirrors are nice and they had LED MIRRORS Which is what I was looking for, showroom location is great, the guy running the warehouse in Doral…. Not sure if I would have made the purchase had been dealing with him."
