"The owner gave me great service to close the sale and he even had next day install available. It was cheaper than dolphin tile in front but more expensive than other quotes I received. I decided to go for a middle of the road cost and hope for quality service. They came the next day, ripped out carpet and installed some coreproof click flooring. The floor material itself is great. The contractors were very friendly. They showed up an hour early. They worked fast and got the whole job done in 4 hours. I paid extra cash for them to rip out the carpet and help me move furniture. I really needed the 70s carpet gone so I'm glad they were able to do it so soon. However, they left all the trash of the previous carpet and tile boxes in my front yard. Other contractors take the waste with them. Also they forgot to caulk the baseboards and some of them are a little uneven. Not the best quality job but the owner said he'd have the guys come back to finish caulking in a few days. Overall, I wouldn't use them again for work but I'm satisfied with the material they sold me and the fact that they were able to install next day 2 bedrooms within 4 hours even if not the best quality work. I paid a lot and expected slightly higher quality work."

"Owner was not in and left a note. My sister and I waited for 45minutes. But his son showed up and handled the situation. Great youngman and hope that Kendall tiles will serve us well. Will give you 4 stars because of all the places we've been sales personnel are so so. Chris was informative and understanding with our needs."

"Love that it's independently owned and not a big business. Great to have an area like this in the southwest area and not having to drive to Doral. Very very competitive prices. Go here before you order anything and you'll save money. They also get the product in quicker than the other places I looked at in the area. Most of the shops in the area carry the exact same product, but the prices were very good here compared to other places"

"Beware families from this family owned business looks are deceiving. I wish I would have read the previous review things at this place have not changed. I walked in to get a consultation about putting tile in a bed room in my home , the size is 10 By 12. And I explained to him and hes spouse on two different occasions about my project. About what I would need to install the tile I had choose for my project. I explained to them clearly what I was going to do. And they sold me 9 bags of 60 lbs of mortar mix and 4 bags of multi-bond mix and 1 bag of grout. For my one room project, I clearly explain the ground was completely leveled. I was worried about so much material so I went to home depot and got a second opinion and they said I did not need mortar mix if my floor was already leaved . So I went back to the store were I had originally loaded all the material from the warehouse to my car by myself. For a refund or store credit , it was denied to me due to there store policy. I had been robbed by the owners they had maliciously over sold me material. I put one star because there were no zeros. I could not afford to pay some one to do this for me that's why I had to do this my self. They did not just steal from me they stole from my family."
