"I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. They’ve sold me 2 faulty (out of the box) iHeat tankless water heaters in 8 months and refuse to allow a return or exchange like Home Depot or any other hardware store would in a similar situation. They just tell me to take it up with the manufacturer for repair. Imagine purchasing something brand new at full price expecting for it to work but then realizing it’s faulty upon installation and being told by the company that just sold it to that you can’t return and get your money back for a faulty product they just sold you. And, that your only option is to have your brand new product refurbished. On top of that, the salesman who sold me the unit refused to transfer me to his manager since he could not authorize a return that went against their water heater return policy. I understand their position if I had it installed and working properly for a few weeks/months, but this is unacceptable when it was faulty out of the box. Extremely shady business practices. I’ll take my business elsewhere and would advise anyone against shopping here unless you enjoy the feeling of getting screwed and having to eat it."
"We ordered door knobs over a month ago and we still cannot get a part to install the “dummy”. I’m wondering who’s the dummy, could be me for trusting quality and service. Emtek leaves a lot to be desired."
"My husband and I were there for 1 hour and no one bothered to help us. On of the employees even ate next to me and didn’t bother to ask if I needed help. I will never go there again. There are many other places to go."
